Ink & Insight

Ink & Insight is an impactful 90-minute session designed to assist children in recognizing and understanding their inner voice, commonly called the inner critic. Through guided journaling, supportive prompts, and expressive art, children deepen self-awareness and reflection. The session incorporates a soothing guided meditation that invites them to envision a gentler, more confident self, free from judgment. It culminates with a distinctive dialogue exercise between their present self and the inner critic, encouraging greater insight and compassion. Daily journaling and creative rituals are suggested to maintain this empowering inner work.
